The rise time is very good but the fall time could be improved. But it works fine with such a low PWM signal.

I added a shoot through protection for extra safety.
Update from September 02, 2023
This is the version 8 of my H-Bridge. Its control circuit is done with nMosfets [IRLML6246TRPBF] to reduce the needed current from the uC.
It has the security ciruit already built in.
And on September 04, 2023 there is already a newer version :D The 8.1
It eliminates some issues with the heat sinks and the LED cover up by the same.

All 9 H-Bridge modules are finished and ready to be used to control some heavy motors.
